Dr Philé Möller - Counselling Psychologist

Location: Pretoria and Online

HPCSA PS 011411

I am a Counselling Psychologist who works with individuals (adults and adolescents), couples and groups with a variety of difficulties and life challenges.  I am interested in the human condition and the challenges, potentials and limitations inherent.  I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, wherein space is created for the individual to explore the aspects of human experience and to facilitate change.

I prefer a non-pathologising and strength affirming approach wherein the individual’s internal and external world is explored to discover meaning and purpose. I am in the fortunate position to be able to listen to people's stories and I am always profoundly humbled by it.  Therapy is a way of storytelling, of unraveling, and discovering. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, groups and couples with a variety of difficulties and life challenges.

I mainly work from a psychodynamic  approach with a special interest in analytical psychology (Jungian psychology), attachment theory and existential psychology.

My services are available in English and Afrikaans.
