The Foundation of Our Internship Programme
Our programme is rooted in an evidence-based, biopsychosocial approach to understanding human behaviour and psychological well-being. We emphasise a relational perspective, recognising that psychological health is deeply connected to the quality and dynamics of interpersonal relationships.
At the heart of our training is the Integrative Interactional Approach—a systemic framework that blends diverse theoretical paradigms and therapeutic techniques. This approach equips interns to understand and transform interactional behavioural patterns, addressing psychological challenges with depth and nuance.
Time Commitment
Interns dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to client therapy sessions.
Additional time is allocated to case documentation, reading, supervision, and training to support a well-rounded educational experience.
Giving Back to the Community
Through our internship programme, we offer:
Psychotherapy and counselling services at reduced rates
Pro bono mental health screenings
Workshops, talks, and events focused on preventative mental health care
