I am a Counselling Psychologist dedicated to providing affirmative care that celebrates the diversity of human nature. I work with adolescents (16+) and adults from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community. I am a gender and sexuality, consensual non-monogamies, and neurodivergent affirming practitioner.

I run a general practice, with a special interest in gender-affirming healthcare, adult ADHD and Autism, psychological trauma, psychosexual health, compulsive sexual behaviour disorder (or sex addiction), and personality disorders. I support my clients by fostering curiosity within the therapeutic space, encouraging self-exploration, self-awareness, and psychological change. This is done through weekly psychotherapy, where clients can securely explore their experiences, allowing for the lowering of psychological defenses and developing insight.
My therapeutic approach is not only about solving immediate problems but understanding what makes you vulnerable to such difficulties. It is about understanding yourself deeply and working with the unconscious mind. By exploring your unconscious thoughts, feelings, and memories, we may begin to understand the patterns that shape your current challenges and how to heal from past difficulties and conflicts that may be holding you back from living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
