I believe in the potential for growth, healing, and transformation within every individual. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and valued. Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, but with the right support and a compassionate approach, meaningful change is possible.
In my practice, I am committed to providing a non-judgmental and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we will develop practical, personalised treatment plans tailored to your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, I aim to empower you to navigate life’s complexities while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and lasting well-being.
I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). My journey into psychology began with completing my undergraduate and Honours degrees at Rhodes University, followed by completing my Masters degree at the University of Pretoria. I gained experience at various practices and clinics before establishing my own private practice.
I work with teenagers, adults, and couples. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, couples counselling, adjustment challenges, and burnout.
My services are available in English, both in Pretoria and online.
